REVENUE SHARING
Employees can boost their salary with referrals! Refer an employee and we'll pay you $4/hr for every hour they bill. Benefit remains as long as you and your referral remain part of the company.
PTO Buyback
Employees who end the year with a positive PTO balance will be paid out for their remaining hours on reset. This provides additional income of up to 80 hours!
